Lautenberg and Vitter spring TSCA reform surprise
The effort to reform TSCA took a significant step forward Wednesday with the announcement by Sens. Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ) and David Vitter (R-LA) that they have reached agreement on new legislation to revamp the much-maligned chemicals management law.
