What is AgraNet?
agra-net.com is the online home of Agra Informa, leading information specialists on soft commodities, agriculture and food policy, markets and trade. We offer this information across a wide range of media, including regular print and online reports, studies and conferences. We also have specialist consultancy, market research, and commodity risk management divisions.
How do I log in?
Enter your Username and Password in the boxes in the top right hand corner of the screen. Please use lowercase for both fields and click on the Login button.
When you are logged in, your Username will be displayed in the top right hand corner, with My AgraNet showing underneath - you can click on this to see a full list of your online subscriptions.
How can I read the Latest Issue?
Click on the Reports tab at the top of the page, click on the link to see a full list, then click on the title you are interested in.
This will take you to the report homepage. From here you can access all of the online services for that report by using the options on the left hand side menu.
How do I access the Daily News?
Once on the report homepage, you will see links to the Daily News stories, with the latest articles listed first. To view the full story, click on the article. Please note, Daily News articles are only available for a few days and are NOT archived.
To access other online features that the report offers, use the options on the left hand side menu.
How do I search the Archive of a single report?
There are 3 Search Options
1. Keyword Search
2. Date Search
3. Issue Search
1. Keyword Search
Enter your search term which can be a word or a combination of words in the search box. Click on Search.
Your search will retrieve all matching articles from this publication archive, displayed in date order with the latest article at the top of the page.
Your search will retrieve only articles published in the report you are looking at. It will not retrieve articles from other reports.
If you subscribe to several reports you can search all of them at the same time. Enter your search term in the Site Search field at the top of the page, and then click on the Site Search button. For more help using this option, click on the Help button at the top of the page.
2. Date Search
Retrieve a specific report issue by searching on date. Use the menus below to select your date.
3. Issue Search
You can read a single issue from the last 6 months by clicking on one of the dates listed below.
How do I use the AgraNet Site Search?
The AgraNet Site Search allows you to search our entire online archive. To use this facility, enter your search terms in the search field on the top right of the page and then click on the Search Site button, as shown below.
The search facility will then retrieve all articles that match your search criteria from our online archive of over 300,000 articles.
When the results are displayed, you can read an article in full by clicking on it, or use the links at the bottom of the list to view the next page.
Your search will display the headlines and date of every article matching your search criteria, as well as the report it is from. Click on the headline to display the full text. Please note, you will only be able to view the full text of articles from the reports to which you subscribe. If your search retrieves headlines from Agra Informa reports not on your subscription list, click here for more information on how to subscribe.
How do I get a Username and Password?
If you are a subscriber to an Agra Informa report that is available online and you would like to have online access, you will need a Username and Password. Please note, to access the online services for certain reports, you will need to upgrade your subscription. Additional Passwords or Site Licences can be purchased to enable colleagues, or your whole company, to access your subscription(s). My Username and Password are not recognised
If you have a Username and Password for your subscription but are unable to log in, please check the following: Redirect link
Your Username and Password are case sensitive. They should both be entered in lower case and in the appropriate boxes
Once you have entered your Username and Password, you must click on Login or press Enter.
You can only access the Agra Informa report(s) to which you subscribe. If you try to read a report that you do not subscribe to, an error message will appear. To see a list of the reports you have online access to, click on the My AgraNet button in the top right hand corner of the page. Only the reports that have been activated on your Username and Password will be shown here.
If your subscription has expired, your Username and Password will not be valid. To check the status of your subscription, please contact the Customer Services team at subscriptions@informa.com or call +44 (0)20 7017 7499.
Nothing happens when I click on the 'news' or 'full article' links in the "Alert" email
At Agra-net we have heard of a few cases recently where people have not been able to get to the full article when clicking on the links embedded in the daily news alert emails. In all of these cases it has been found to be a local issue where the security settings need to be slightly lowered on the 'anti spam' or 'anti virus' software.
This problem can occur when a new anti-virus program (with anti spam package) is installed. On some of these applications they can disable most html code in emails by default. This issue would effect all emails and not just the Agra-net email alerts.
Please lower the security settings or contact your local IT department for a solution.
My subscription works but I do not receive the 'daily news alert' emails
It is possible that we may have the wrong email address for your subscription.
Please contact our customer service team on +44 (0) 207 017 4161. They will be glad to check our records and ensure you receive the alerts by the next day.
Can my colleagues access my subscriptions online?
Your confidential Username and Password are for your sole use and therefore should not be shared with colleagues.
If you feel your colleagues or company would benefit from having online access to your subscriptions, you can purchase Additional Passwords or Site Licences. Where can I get further information about a report or study?
If you require information about specific publications, click on Reports or Studies at the top of the page, click on the link to see a full list of titles, then click on a specific report or study. This will take you to the report or study homepage.
If you would like further information on any of the reports or to request a free sample copy, please contact the Marketing Department at marketing@agra-net.com or call: +44 (0)20 7017 7500.
Please note, we cannot send samples of our special studies, yearbooks or directories.
How can I request a sample copy of a report?
Click on the Reports tab at the top of the page, click on the link to see a full list, then click on the title you are interested in. This will take you to the report homepage.
From here, click on the Free Sample tab on the left-hand side menu, complete the form and press Submit. Alternatively, you can order a sample copy by contacting the Marketing Department at marketing@agra-net.com or call: +44 (0)20 7017 7500.
Please note, we cannot send samples of our special studies, yearbooks or directories.
How can I subscribe?

How can I renew my Latest subscription or update my contact details?
When your subscription is due for renewal, you will be sent a reminder. You will find all the information you need to make payment on the reverse of the subscription renewal notice.
