DEADLINE FOR 2011 BIOFUEL QUOTA POSTPONED

Germany's Federal Finance Ministry (BMF) said that the deadline for the submission of the 2011 biofuel quota certificates has been postponed by two months. Certificates are now due on June 15, 2012. The ministry said there are increased documentation requirements due to the sustainability decree and the double counting provision for obligated parties.
