How does it work?
The service is provided on a non-exclusive basis. The results of any request for research may be used to add to the news and analysis content in any Informa Agra newsletter or online news site.
How do I contact the analysts?
The service is accessible by emailing news.analysis@agra-net.com, or by filling in the enquiry form on the Ask the Analyst web page.
Where do they source their data/information from?
Data and information is sourced from the analysts' entire information universe which includes Agra and Informa databases and independent journalistic sources.
Who owns data gathered in response to a query? How is confidential data handled?
Informa owns the information which is provided on a non-exclusive basis. Client confidentiality is guaranteed - the identity of the person or organisation requesting information is never disclosed to any third party.
Do you have an Service Level Agreement? How long can I expect to wait for a response?
Confirmation of receipt of a query will be acknowledged within one business day and some idea of the time it will take to provide the answer will be given. The analysts will dedicate a maximum of three hours to answering a query. The timeframe will depend on the time required to gather the information for the response. Responses should be completed within five to seven working days, at the longest. Enquiries that are likely to take longer may be broken into sub-projects, or turned down. In the latter case, subscribers may put in contact with an experienced Informa consultancy business.
Who are the analysts and what experience do they have?
The entire Agra editorial and analyst team are at your disposal for the Ask the Analyst service. Between them they have decades of experience writing about and analysing all aspects of the international food and agriculture industries, and have an unrivalled network of contacts in industry and government all round the globe.
What do I do if I want to follow-up on the response to my query?
You can follow up the response and the analysts will see if they can help you further with specific queries arising from the research results.
Is there a cost?
There is no cost for subscribers to Agra Europe, Foodnews or The Public Ledger.
