Despite court order, FDA won't set hard dates for FSMA rules
The FDA still hopes to deliver the proposals for both its FDA Food Safety Modernization Act-related Foreign Supplier Verification Program and third party accreditation system before the end of the summer, based on a nine-page document it has delivered to a federal court in California.
